B69-70 MORTISE GAUGE. Sholl Patent. The four-bar version of Christian Sholl's 1864 patent. This was the high-end model, rosewood with two brass strips in the head and sliding brass mortising point. Complete and in good, clean condition, noting a few chips and scrapes, but stamp clear and has all its points. Good+ 150-300
