B56-389. EIGHTEENTH CENTURY MOLDING PLANE. S.E. Jones. Bead with boxing strip, well worn, 7/8" wide by 10" long by 3-1/8" high. Wide flat chamfers, sleeper wedge. Apart from the wear to the sole, wood is very clean. Jones worked in Lansingburgh, NY (later part of Troy) in the 1790s; three stars in AWP.
