Patented in 1887 by Oscar Fuller of Burlington, KS and manufactured in Pittsburg, KS, this level's rotating pendulum compartment, that folds flat for transport or storage, makes it one of the most unusual and collectible of patented inclinometers. 28" rosewood version, very clean noting a missing screw on one end and a small diameter hanghole.
