B58-397 HANDSAW. Disston D-95 "Masterpiece.". The D-95 used a handle made of two pieces of Tenite, a thermoplastic invented by George Eastman (the Kodak guy) in 1929, in contrasting colors, and was an attempt by Disston to prove that plastic handles didn't have to look cheap. They were offered from 1935 through 1950 in three color schemes, this one is tan and brown. 26", 8 tpi crosscut. Blade is pretty clean with etch light but legible; handle has a few scratches and a paint splotch but no damage, medallion is a little proud of the handle. Good+ 50-100
