B58-486 BLOCK PLANE. Type 1 Sargent No. 4307. . Appears to be the No. 4307 with Albert Page's original short-lived lever-action cap iron locking mechanism, which was shortly to be replaced by a more conventional knuckle-joint cap. The cutter also looks proper, and has Wright's lateral adjustment. However, the cutter is marked ".ILTON TOOL CO" rather than Sargent. Good+ 150-250
