B62-305. CHINESE BATTLE AXE. Cast brass head with 4" blade emerging from the head of a fu dog. 12" handle. Possibly a reproduction of a full sized battle axe, but well made and with good age. Pictured on page 11 of Sandor Nagyszalanczy's Tools Rare and Ingenious. From the collection of Cliff Sapienza. Good+ 200-400
