B62-550. EIGHTEENTH CENTURY MOLDING PLANE. I. Nicholson. 3/4" round, 10" by 3-1/4" high, rounded chamfers and relieved wedge, B mark. Unusual rabbet type escapement. Deeply oxidized, screw holes on left cheek where a fence was attached, deep user marks on toe. From the collection of Arnold "Jake" Johnson. Fine 600-1100
