B62-607. BOX SCRAPER. Bailey Tool Co. Defiance. 10" version of the patented box scraper manufactured by Selden Bailey, based on Joseph Bailey's 1870 patent for the cam-action locking mechanism, shown in figure 64a of PTAMPIA I. Unmarked but unmistakable. Japanning 90%, unmarked cutter clean and sharp. Good+ 80-160
