It has "JBT" cast in raised letters behind the tote, which doesn't correspond to any manufacturer or patent we know of but which we've seen before. No adjustments, beech knob, tote and wedge, wedge has a big divot out of it but the other one has the same and it may be intentional to facilitate removal. Good+ 60-120
