B62-703. COMBINATION RULE AND CIGARETTE LIGHTER. 12" brass wrapped rule, marked in inches and centimeters, lighter in the end with hinged lid. The lighter needs a flint if you want to actually use it. Marked "Japan" and "PATAPP 35782" on the end. Good+ 50-100
