B63-653. FLEXIBLE SOLE PLANE. Bailey Victor No. 20. Leonard Bailey's original version before it was sold to Stanley. Lever cap has the steel loop locking mechanism, proper marked cutter. Both medallions very clean, nickel has some discoloration but no rust or pitting. From the collection of Pat Gefre. Good+ 300-500
