B63-691. DIPPING NEEDLE COMPASS. W.S. Darley & Co. 3-1/2" compass on a 10" telescoping handle that extends to 28". Darley is primarily a makier of firefighting equipment and we're not sure what a firefighter would do with a dipping needle, but it's in mint condition in its original case. Fine 50-100
