B63-702. ROUNDER. Very unusual and gizmoish, and deserves to be patented, but not marked. 12" by 3" and 5" high. It has a crank operated mechanism at the top to press down on the dowel and a spring operated holder at the side. The throat on the bottom is missing its cutter and wedge. It is lavishly covered with decorative stamped stars, but no name. Different and well made. Good+ 100-200
