B64-553. EIGHTEENTH CENTURY MOLDING PLANE. Little. Uncommon symmetrical profile, with two coves back to back and tab between them, 3/8". 9-1/2" long, narrow flat chamfers and fluting, relieved wedge. Wood is oxidized but very clean with no damage. The mark is simply "Little" with no visible initial; there were several littles in Massachusetts, this could be either John or Levi.
