B64-569. SIGHTING LEVEL. O. Hanks Patent. These are always marked "O. HANKS PATENT." Oscar Hanks was a maker of surveying instruments, but no one has ever found the patent. Manufactured by M.W. Atkins of Bristol, CT. Lid folds out to protect the level vial. Only traces of the original gold pinstriping but otherwise clean with original vial. Condition: Good+, Estimate: 90-180
