TC25-37 CORNER BRACE. McClellan Patent. Stephen McClellan received four patents for variations on this pattern: two in San Marcos, TX, in 1897 and two after he moved to New York. All are rated either A or B in Pearson. This is the 1900 patent with the fixed rear handle, and v-shaped guide that rotates to different positions. As with most, includes a Millers Falls chuck. Split in handle, overall oxidation but works smoothly. From the collection of Jim and Christa Schoenky. Good 60-120
