TC25-182 MINER'S COMPASS. James Reed & Co. Gimbal mounted compass; the compass swivels in the frame for leveling in mine shafts. 4-3/4" needle, silvered dial, circular level in south position, dry. Serial number 544. Crack in glass, otherwise clean. Reed was a Pittsburgh maker of mining equipment. Good 175-350
