TC25-190 PLOW PLANE. Elihu Dutcher. Dutcher, of Pownal, VT, worked in the 1840s and made one of the earliest known metal plows. Although the handful of known examples have the word "Patent" cast into the frame no patent has been identified. Missing fence and arms, has slotted screws holding depth stops. One complete depth stop but other missing bottom half Cutter is a chisel blade. Despite being a partial example it is still super rare. From the collection of Harold Unruh. Good- 200-400
