TC25-214 TREADLE OPERATED GRINDING AND BUFFING WHEEL. Unsigned, wooden workbench is 31" by 16", 47" high. The wood is worn and with some stains, there are two openings which may have had drawers at one time. It has a wide flat leather belt that looks original but has a sewn together break. Japanning on cast iron is mostly complete. Good 100-200
