TC25-375 IVORY CARPENTER'S RULE. G. Rowney & Co. London maker, four-fold, two foot with German silver hinges and tips. Missing face pins but has its edge pin. Ivory lightly yellowed but no stains, slightly sprung. Overall nice. Good 150-300
