B67-250 WALLPAPER LEVEL. Ridgely's No. 2 IOB. Patented in 1906 by Harry Williams and assigned to Ridgely Trimmer, a well known maker of wallpapering tools; designed to be clipped to a paper hanger's straightedge. This is an early version marked "Patent Applied For." The box is in pieces with only two pieces included, also includes an original instruction sheet in two pieces.
