B67-346 CORE BOX PLANE. Looks manufactured and probably patented, but unmarked and we can't identify it. Resembles the Bayley or Lewis type in which the cutter rotates slightly with each pass. The left fence is 10" long with a sliding adjustment and lip to ride along the edge of the work, unlike in the Bayley there's no right fence. The cam mechanism on the right edge should rotate the cutter but the pawl doesn't engage properly; there's a hole that makes us think it should have a spring. Very rare and complete, noting the possibly missing spring. If you can figure out who made it you'll probably have the only example. From the collection of Harold Unruh. Good 200-400
