B67-611 COOPER'S HOWELL. Used to cut the hollowed out area into which the cask head is fitted. 16" across, cuts a 2-1/2" howell. There's an old split that has been repaired with an old bolt and a hang hole; the name "Pwebergo" is stamped in three places. From the John Lervoog collection of cooper's tools. Good+ 50-100
