B67-683 SAND CASTING PLATE. Union Manufacturing/Paul Hamler. 16" x 22" aluminum casting originally made under contract for Paul Hamler and is the basis of his reproduction Stanley No. 212 planes, of which he made around 250 according to Paul. Union Manufacturing Co. acquired the casting from Hamler Tools in 2020, and was modified to create their No. 67 scraper plane, including the No. 67 SP, a special production scraper released recently. Union produced around 600 castings from this pattern before retiring it due to a design change. A unique piece of modern toolmaking history. Good+ 200-400
