B67-757 PAPER CUTTER. Rowden and Hafford Patent. Looks like a plane, but according to the patent actually designed to cut paper in roll form. 10" long, cast iron, with v-shaped sole and adjustable cutter. The only marking is "June 17" but the year was 1919. Never seen another. From the collection of Harold Unruh. Good 100-200
