B68-50 LOT OF TWO WOODEN CLACKERS. Philadelphia Makers. Both look like mahogany with turned side handles that you grip and twirl the body which rotates a wooden wheel to create loud clacking noise. One is marked E. Mills & Co. on brass plate, the other is marked Bagshaw & Field. Used frequently by police or law enforcement before the widespread use of whistles. Both clean and work well. From the collection of Carl Bopp. Good+ 100-200
