Frank Tripp. Unmarked, but strongly resembles the plane pictured in Figure 270 of PTAMPIA II marked "Frank Tripp Boston," although without the sheet steel extensions riveted to the sides (or holes for the rivets). A handful of these have surfaced, but the identity of Mr. Tripp remains a mystery. 7-7/16" sole, 2" and 2-1/4" wing, unmarked 3/8" cutter. Japanning about 50%, wood and metal otherwise clean.
