B68-248 FOLDING RULE WITH HOOK ATTACHMENT. Two-fold, one foot, unsigned boxwood rule with slots in both legs for sliding calipers, one leg has a slide with a brass hook attached at the end. The other sliding caliper is missing. We were unable to identify the use of the hook, but the consignor thought it might be a hatmaker's rule. It has the "EM" markings and is marked in inches and centimeters; the inside is marked from 6" to 18". Boxwood is clean, brass lightly tarnished, straight and tight. Good+ 50-100
