B68-265 ELECTRIC LIGHTED LEVEL. Federal Level Co. Federal Level of Chicago produced a whole series of lighted levels at the beginning of the twentieth century based on Daniel Frank's 1912 patent. This is the deluxe version, 28", cherry stock, with four separate bulbs - one in each of three portholes (level, plumb, and adjustable inclinometer) and one in the top vial, each with its own push button. All vials and bulbs present but do not light up. There is a chip in one porthole cover and some light surface corrosion on metal. Good + 250-500
