B68-307 GOOSEWING AXE. Pennsylvania style goosewing axe, upswung form with fine deeply struck maker's mark in the shape of two hearts on either side of what looks like an anchor. 15" blade and 15" original handle. One chip from end of handle, metal oxidized but no pitting. Rare. From the collection of John Henson. Good+ 200-400
