B68-420 MODERN MAKER. Sauer & Steiner No. A-5 Smoothing Plane. Steel body with dovetailed 7-1/2" tapered sole, ebony infill, original marked 2" iron with the Norris-type adjustment that Sauer & Steiner is no longer offering on their website. They build every one by hand and they'll run you over $2,000 new. Like new condition. From the collection of Jim and Becky Leamy. Fine 1000-2000
