B68-458 ADJUSTABLE BEVEL. Howard Patent. Uncommon solid brass handled version of L.D. Howard's 1867 patent that was later manufactured by Star Tool Co. and is more often found in rosewood. 5-1/4" handle, 8" blade, ornate casting on the handle. Light wear and scratching, good level vial, blade has some discoloration but no pitting. Good+ 125-250
