B68-575 LEVEL. L.B. Watts. 8" mahogany stock, full brass top plate with good clear eagle stamp; vial wet, all screws original, a few stains on wood and mild tarnish spots on plate. Watts was one of Boston's earliest level makers and this is a clean example of his work. Good 60-120
