B68-638 CAST IRON HAND DRILL. These drills show up occasionally and are similar enough to suggest that they were manufactured, although the maker is unknown. It has been speculated that they may have been made by H.O. White of Hebron, CT, maker of some of the earliest Taylor-style metal braces (although he tended to sign his work). This is a nice clean example, 11" long, cast iron throughout except for brass crank handle. From the collection of Jim and Christa Schoenky. Good+ 75-150
