B68-649 SMOOTHING PLANE. Siegley No. 3. Type 2 with unmarked lever cap, 9-5/8" corrugated sole. 2" cutter looks original but unmarked. The portion of the sole that slides to adjust the throat is brass, which we haven't seen and may be an old repair. Light wear to wood and light surface oxidation to metal. From the collection of Harold Unruh. Good 80-160
