B68-669 LOT OF TWO BEST IN THE WEST FAVORS. Level and Axe Head. The miniature tool favors produced by the Pacific Northwest Tool Collectors to commemorate their biannual Best in the West meets are legendary and collectibles in their own right. The 2010 favor was an elaborately decorated cast brass bench level, and the 2016 favor was a double bitted stainless steel felling axe head. Both clean. Good+ 100-200
