B68-683 HAND VISE. Has jaws shaped to hold round object, possibly a watchmaker's tool. 5" tall, japanning near complete. " Pat'd Jan 3 1893" cast on underside but we can't find the corresponding patent. Works smoothly. From the collection of David Jeffers. Good+ 50-100
