B68-694 FENCE TWISTING TOOL. William N. Parish. Consignor tag says William N. Parish, who has multiple fencing tool patents, so we believe it although we couldn't locate this specific patent. Two brass and wooden spring loaded handles, 8" by 11". Tight split in one of handles but otherwise clean and works well. From the collection of David Jeffers. Good+ 50-100
