Unmarked and Steve's notes speculate that it may be European, but to our eye it resembles a more elaborate version of the brass handled bevels patented by George Miller and manufactured by Detroit Bevel & Divider Co. 5" handle with decorative casting that is more elaborate than the typical Miller patent and brass locking screw with decorative shape, 8" square cut brass blade.
