B68-724 TRY SQUARE. Stanley No. 1. Type 1 of Stanley's "Improved" No. 1 square, with 8" unruled blade and 5-1/4" handle with brass frame and rosewood insert. One of Stanley's earliest layout tools, and very rare. Wood and metal have moderate scratches and dings with some light pitting on blade. From the collection of Steve Dice. Good 350-700
