B68-747 BLOCK PLANE. Brattleboro Tool Co. The plane shown in Figure 217 of PTAMPIA II. 6-1/2" sole, adjustable throat, cutter adjustment based on William Steers' 1885 patent. 1-1/2" cutter, unmarked. Does not have decorative floral cap screw. One of the rarest of the Steers patents. Japanning 95%. Metal clean. From the collection of Harold Unruh. Good+ 125-250
