TC26-51 ADJUSTABLE SPOKESHAVE. L. Bailey Victor No. 41. Based on Bailey's 10/3/76 patent which was actually for a box scraper, it featured an open handle and a cutter secured by an eye head bolt pressing against it from the rear. The cutter is unmarked but the patent date is cast on either side of the throat. Japanning 50%. Metal otherwise clean. Good 75-150
