TC26-91 MORTISE GAUGE. Sholl Patent. The four-bar version of Christian Sholl's 1864 patent. This was the high-end model, rosewood with four brass circles in the head. Light overall wear, all points still sharp. From the collection of David Jeffers. Good 50-100
