TC26-213 YARN OR THREAD TWIST TESTER. Designed to measure the twist level of textile fibers. Unmarked except for Eagle decal on base. 16-1/2" x 4", side wheel winds top spoke, adjustable sliding head on beam that olds other end of yarn being twisted. Moderate wear, works smoothly.
