TC26-215 PENCIL POINTER. Gould & Cook. Missing the sandpaper disc that was glued to the rotating sharpening wheel, otherwise complete and working. Mounted on a 8" x 6" oak base, japanning 60%. Has patent information cast into base. From the collection of Jim and Christa Schoenky. Good 100-200
