TC26-254 INCLINOMETER RULE. Chapin-Stephens No. 036. Invented by L.C. Stephens in 1858 and sold by Chapin-Stephens for many years before it became the Stanley No. 36. Brass has been polished and there is one small spot of staining on the wood but otherwise a near mint example. Good+ 50-100
