B56-425. BOOKBINDER'S PLOW. W.O. Hickok. Traditionally used by bookbinders to trim the edges of pages. Uncommon signed example. William Hickok began his business in Harrisburg, PA, in 1844, and boasted that his "Eagle Shop" was powered and lit by electricity. 9" x 6" and opens to about 11".
