B57-342 SCRAPER PLANE. Eclipse Plane Co. Japanned version of the super rare scraper plane patented in 1874 by two guys from Buchanan, MI, and manufactured by the Eclipse Plane Co. of Coschocton, OH. See PTAMPIA I, Figure 168. Patent date and manufacturer cast around the knob. Grubby and paint speckled, bolt holding tote is not flush with tote although it looks original. No major damage.
