B58-135 INFILL MITRE PLANE. Thackeray's "The Ivy." . Manufactured by W. Thackeray of Leeds and marketed in its 1922 catalog as "The Ivy." Solid brass cast body, 7 1/2" sole, ebony wedge, original 1-3/4" marked iron. The wedge has a tight split and a chip out of the decorative ridge at the bottom. Only the second one of these planes we've ever handled, and the first to include its original marked iron. Good+ 400-800
