B58-643 LOT OF TWO HAMMERS. Combination hammer and tack puller patented in 1893 by George Capewell, the Thomas Edison of nail pullers. With the patent date and "A.S. Co. Columbia" cast into head, and the patent date also stamped on jaws. There's a little loss of lacquer on the handle but the metal is perfect. If you're only going to have one tack puller in your collection, this should be it. Plus an unsigned broommaker's hammer, 9" long, worn with tight crack in the handle. Good & better 80-150
